Bookings

Booking dates are not held until a deposit of 25% is paid. Deposit is required to hold booking date.

Deposit payment is acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions and is considered a binding contract.

Our prices include delivery within 20 miles of Mauldin, SC.

Out of area bookings may be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Payment​

An invoice will be sent to the email provided for deposit amount and balance, in accordance with time frame listed.

Remaining balance after deposit is due no later than 4 weeks prior to your event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance, forfeits deposit and booking date.

If your event is being scheduled within the 4 week time frame, full payment is due at time of booking.

Add-ons from outside companies must be paid in full (not included in 25% deposit) at time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tented Greenville Responsibilities

Tented Greenville will deliver, setup and furnish your bell tent and/or indoor tents as agreed upon by your selected package on the specified date. Tented Greenville will return to dismantle and remove all furnishings by the end of the agreed contract.

Tented Greenville accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or theft of any property that is left in our bell tents for the duration of the contract.

Tented Greenville accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury to any member of your party or person(s) present at your event that may occur during the duration of the contract.
Mattresses included in certain packages are filled with air.
These mattresses come with air pumps that may need to be used throughout the event.
Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for the equipment to be set up. Dimensions required are outlined as follows;
13’ bell tent: 18 feet of flat grass area
16.5' bell tent: 22 feet of flat grass area
19'6 bell tent: 25 feet of flat grass area
Indoor Individual Tent: 45” x 7’ (per tent)
Space required per table. Please add the following length to the above measurements.
1 Table: 4’ Feet
2 Tables: 8’ Feet
Tented Greenville will not refund any event where adequate space is not available for set up.

Cancellation

You may cancel up to 4 weeks prior to your event start date. Failure to cancel with less than 4 weeks until event will result in your deposit being non-refundable.

In the event of inclement weather, which does not allow Tented Greenville to setup our bell tent, Tented Greenville does not accept any responsibility or liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result. Please have a secondary setup location available.

Tented Greenville reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made. However, Tented Greenville will not accept any responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result.

Health and Safety

Tented Greenville operates a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY inside or near our bell tents. In order to keep our equipment safe for all, we will not book parties in homes with smoking.

Candles with flames are not permitted inside our bell tents. Fairy lights and lanterns may be provided for you.

For your protection and safety, cooking is not permitted inside our tents.

Fire pits and open flames should be kept an adequate distance from our bell tents and should not be left unattended.

No animals of any kind are allowed at any time.
Additional Charges

If any items including tents, furniture, fittings or decorations are damaged or missing, you will incur additional charges. This payment will be taken by card or cash upon collection of items.

Tented Greenville has a strict NON-SMOKING policy, indication of smoking inside our tents incur a $500 cleaning fee.
Add-Ons

Tented Greenville may utilize third party vendors for some add-ons and business information can be obtained upon request.

Tented Greenville is not responsible for these add-ons as all reliability remains with the original service provider. Use at your own discretion.
Force Majeure
If, by reason of any cause beyond the reasonable control of either party hereto, including, but not limited to, strikes, failure of major subcontractors, fire, hurricane, flood or other acts of nature or acts of God, accidents, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, or other legal restrictions, such party is delayed in its performance, in whole or in part, of its obligations under this agreement (other than monetary obligations), then such party shall be excused from such performance and such nonperformance will not make the party liable to the other party. The party delayed shall, as promptly as reasonably possible, notify the other party of the reasons for the delay and its estimated duration.
